For participants’ convenience, the Organising Secretariat:

• has reserved a selection of rooms in various hotels near the Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome (the Congress venue) and downtown.
  The hotels can be booked in the registration form, only a few rooms are left.
• has made available a link to a booking platform where you can buy your accommodation in many different hotels at the daily rate (and related payment and cancellation policies) offered by the hotel selected.

Please note that in Italy, a city tax must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The amounts are: 5 stars: € 10,00; 4 stars: € 7,50; 3 stars: € 6,00
