For participants’ convenience, the Organising Secretariat has reserved a selection of rooms in various hotels near the Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome (the Congress venue) and downtown.
Rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
To benefit from the reduced rates in recommended hotels, book your accommodation as part of your registration process (linked via the button below).
Please consider that September in Rome is high season and rates, and availability could change. Early reservation is, therefore, highly recommended.

All rates include breakfast, service and VAT, city taxes are to be added. At this moment, the rate in Rome for city taxes is 7.50 € per person per night.
Accommodation cancellation policy
ROOM CANCELLATION
- Up to June 16, no penalties
- From June 17 to July 31, 1 night penalty
- From August 1, no refund
REDUCTION IN THE LENGTH OF STAY
- Up to July 31, no charge for nights cancelled
- From August 1, no refund
Refunds will be issued after the Congress.
Name changes for accommodation will be accepted until August 20.
