Welcome Ceremony
evening of Sunday, 15 September
The welcome ceremony will be held at the historical Church of San Pietro in Vincoli (located at Piazza di San Pietro in Vincoli, 4/a).
The ceremony will be followed by participants’ networking at the Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome (300 metres walking). If the weather will be good, in the historical cloister. Otherwise, inside the venue. This will be an excellent opportunity for a chance to reconnect with colleagues from around the world.
Congress Dinner
evening of Wednesday, 18 September
The Congress dinner will be held in the historical dwelling of Palazzo Brancaccio, in baroque style, located just a step away from the Domus Aurea, between the Colosseum and the basilicas of San Giovanni and Santa Maria Maggiore, at a two km walking distance from the Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome (i.e., the Congress venue).
The location has magnificent rooms where the seated dinner will be held. It also features a beautiful 1000 square meter extended park where the welcome aperitif will be set.
The Congress Dinner is available to participants at a surcharge of 25 €, payable at registration.
How to participate
Attendance at the Welcome Ceremony is included in the registration fee. For the Congress Dinner at Palazzo Brancaccio, there is a fee of 25 €, and it can be purchased separately during the online registration process.
