REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

• Gala dinner with a small sur-charge (25 Euro), payable at registration
• Coffee breaks and light lunches
• Certificate of attendance

Membership rates are reserved exclusively for those who hold a membership of ISEBTT through 2024. NB! Please use the email address you used for your membership of ISEBTT when you register for the congress.

PAYMENT

Registrations will be confirmed by an automatic email sent after payment is processed. If you select ‘bank transfer’ as the method of payment, please send a copy of the transfer slip to  within 5 working days, otherwise your registration and hotel accommodation will not be taken into consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NAME CHANGES

All cancellations are subject to the following penalties:

All refunds will be issued after the event. Name changes will be accepted until 30 August 2024.Requests should be sent in writing to before the event starts.

CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

If for any reasons beyond control of the organiser, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee and accommodation cost will be refunded after the deduction of expenses incurred by the congress organization. As for accommodation, the rules in force in Italy will apply. ISEBTT has the right to cancel any event for any reason.

INVITATION LETTERS & VISA

No European and Schengen citizens may need to secure a visa before traveling to Italy.  Visas must be requested at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country of long-term residence presenting an invitation letter you can ask for to . We recommend you contact the Italian Consulate as soon as you decide to attend the WCE Congress as obtaining Visa usually takes a long time.
