Important information: – All papers in Special Sessions undergo the normal review procedure with suitable allowances for overview or introductory material. – All the papers in a Special Session are reviewed by a recognised competent team comprised the Special session Chairs aprouved by the IOC and WCE2024 Chairs. These papers will be published in the conference proceedings. – Accepted special sessions will be scheduled for one of the days of the WCE2024. The assigned date and time slot cannot be disputed and the organizers are expected to inform the speakers accordingly. – The speakers will need to register for the corresponding conference. Registration fees will not be waived.
